Tags from before October 2026 keep working

The short version: if you got a pet tag from us before October 2026, it keeps working. There’s nothing you need to do.

Your tag

• Every tag we supplied before October 2026 still works — including tags with an ID starting PAW-. A finder can tap or scan it as normal and it opens your pet’s profile on taggzi.com.
• Worn or scratched tag? A finder can type the ID printed on the back into Find by ID.
• Nothing to replace or reprogram. Your tag doesn’t need updating.

Your account

• Sign in at taggzi.com with the same email address. Your pets, profile details and any subscription are already there.
• Forgotten your password? Use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page.
• Get the Taggzi app from the App Store or Google Play to manage your pets on your phone.
