Yes — one physical NFC + QR tag ships to your address as part of your first Pro payment. It's a 28 × 32 mm waterproof tag that clips to a collar, luggage, or anywhere else. There's a one-time delivery charge on your first Pro payment (£2.99 in the UK); delivery to the Isle of Man, Ireland and Canada is shown before you pay.

Nothing to install. Any modern smartphone opens the pet's profile in the browser when the tag is scanned or tapped. That's the whole point — a finder should never be asked to sign up for anything before they can help you.

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard — no phone call, no email, no retention pitch. Cancel any time and Pro features stay active until the end of your billing period.
